Camelot Library

Department Overview

21st Century Libraries in the Brookings School District promote learning and communicating through a variety of formats and at different reading levels. Our libraries are collaborative, differentiated, and integrated across all content areas and provide a platform (physical and digital) for students to become college and career ready.

Working with all stakeholders, librarians encourage active and critical thinking, ethical participation, creativity, and a love of reading and learning in our ever-changing world.

Camelot Library is a very active center for our fourth and fifth graders. Each class visits for an hour each week. Students are always welcome before and after school, as well.
