My name is Justin Stanley and it is an honor to serve as Principal of Brookings High School, which happens to be my Alma Mater. I received my B.S. degree from University of Mary and my Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as Educational Leadership from North Dakota State University.

I spent my first 9 years in education teaching Health Education in Bismarck, ND. My first principal experience was in Harvey, ND where I served as the High School Principal for 6 years from 2015-2021. In 2021, I accepted the Assistant Principal position at BHS and remained in the role through June 2024. I then accepted the position of BHS Principal in July 2024. I am excited to lead BHS to excellence!

My name is Zach Thomas and I am the Assistant Principal at Brookings High School, where I am a proud alumnus. After graduating from Brookings High School, I began my teaching career in Marshall, Minnesota followed by a year at Camelot Intermediate. I then returned to Brookings High School, where I served as a teacher and spent the last two years working in Learner Support. I hold my Master's degree in Education Administration from South Dakota State University.
