The BHS Counseling and Student Services Office is currently closed for summer break. We will return in mid-August. In the meantime, please review the information below to assist you:

📋 Enrollments & Student Records

• If your student is leaving the district, we will send all records to the requesting school after we return.

• If you are registering your student for the 2025–2026 school year:

  • Returning families: Please register through the Parent Portal.

  • New families: Please use the Online Registration for New Students link.

📄 Transcripts

• Informal transcripts can be accessed via your BHS Student Portal.

• Formal transcripts must be requested through Parchment.

💻 Online Courses

• If you're taking an online course this summer, please contact your course instructor directly with any questions or concerns.

• If you are unable to reach your instructor, please send Victoria Brockel (victoria.brockel@k12.sd.us) a detailed email with your issues and instructor contact information.

🎓 Dual Credit

• Please reach out to the Instructor/Institution with assistance with your Dual Credit course, found under Participating Institution Contact Information. Be sure to be aware of course drop and end dates, as each institution has different deadlines.

• The registration deadline for Summer and Fall dual credit courses has passed. Please watch the BHS Counseling Newsletter for information regarding a mandatory student and parent/guardian meeting that will be held for those interested in requesting Dual Credit courses for the Spring. 

📅Fall Schedules  

Fall schedules will be released at the Back-to-School Registration Days.  There will be a form available for schedule corrections at that time as well.
